PROJECT // Children Books - Translated, edited, designed & illustrated by me
TOOLS // Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate & Traditional illustration
This book, originally "OGRES EN PLEURS" (The Ogre who cried) By Valerie Dayre, was a part of a school project guided by the Illustrator Batia Kolton.
I was required to pick a story I'm not familiar with and make my interpretation of it. During the process I extended greatly my knowledge of Adobe InDesign, and all the preparation required to print a book.

The book below was my final project for my B.Des in Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, guided by the Illustrator Batia Kolton and the typographer Avner Haberfeld.
"Mistress of the Copper Mountain" is a folklore story by the Russian author Pavel Bazhov. This is my adaptation of the visuals and my translation and editing of the text.

I decided in this project to try something new and exciting for me - Pop Up.
This technique is very fun and unique and taught me a lot about paper.
